Job description
We have a parttime permanent staff vacancy for an Accompanied Viewer to join the dynamic team within an award winning estate agency in Whitehaven.
It s working 12 to 15 hours per week and will appeal to someone who has exceptional customer service skills ideally gained with the property sector although not essential.
You will be joining a dynamic and focused team within an award winning business.
Your new job
- Carrying out accompanied viewings of properties.
- Reception support.
- Handling initial enquiries from buyers and renters.
- Arranging viewings and market appraisals.
- Viewing Feedback.
- Business generation seeking opportunities.
Requirements
- Sales experience would be desirable although not essential.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- An engaging personality.
- Attention to detail.
- Can remain calm under pressure.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Looking to work parttime.
