The Role
We are seeking a Quality Compliance Coordinator to support the Quality Compliance Managers and Almac Clinical Services Qualified Persons (UK and IE) in the collation and review of documentation to ensure release of clinical supplies in line with customer and regulatory expectations, within agreed timelines.
Responsibilities include planning and organising activities at study start-up, liaising with customer and project contacts globally to collate the required documentation, reviewing site regulatory history, and compiling QP Declarations. The successful candidate will maintain the Site Matrix, liaise with the customer and other internal departments to collate the necessary lot specific documentation, and compile QP Release Packs, prioritising in accordance with the due date ensuring that the current status is visible and timelines are met.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of regulatory requirements relating to QP Services, and will be able to maximise efficiency through successful time management and the ability to prioritise daily activities independently. This role requires excellent customer service skills, including receiving and following through on all customer queries received, ensuring a response is supplied within specified timelines in line with department KPIs.

This role will be based on a flex working pattern. This means you can work between the hours of 7am – 7pm with core hours of work between the hours of 10:00 – 16:00. You may also be eligible to apply for hybrid working in this role post successful completion of probation.
