Position Overview:
Aspire People is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Learning to lead our Creative Technologies department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative learning strategies, managing a team of educators, and driving excellence in educational outcomes within the field of creative technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for creative technologies, ensuring alignment with educational standards and industry best practices.
Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance and support to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the creative technologies sector, and incorporate them into the curriculum.
Foster partnerships with industry leaders and educational institutions to enrich learning experiences and facilitate student placements and internships.
Oversee the assessment and evaluation of student performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of advancements in technology and pedagogy, and integrate them into teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Creative Technologies, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably within the creative technologies sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications in education.
Experience in project management and budgetary oversight.
A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
