Job description
Do you think you’ve got the ability to support, motivate and guide others?
We’re looking for a Progression Coach who’s able to join a government-funded programme on a fixed-term basis, however, there is a view for the role to become permanent in the future. You’d be responsible for delivering skills training to prisoners as they approach release whilst preparing them to attend interviews and get jobs which have already been found for them with associate employers. This role is not about what you are qualified for rather it’s about who you are and if you’d be able to motivate and support prison leavers in rebuilding their lives. - You’d be meeting with small groups of prisoners as they move towards their release date.Proud member of the Disability Confident employer scheme
