• Strong driving, navigation and route planning skills

Core Responsibilities of the Supervisor Dealership Driver

• Leadership and Supervision of the driving team
• Direct the daily activities of dealership drivers
• Ensuring efficient, safe, and timely movement of vehicles between premises and to customers
• Monitor vehicle care and upkeep during transportation and delivery processes
• Develop schedules and routes to optimize delivery times and minimise costs
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction
• Implement safety and compliance standards across all transportation activities

Essential Qualifications for the Role

• Extensive experience in vehicle transportation or a logistics-focused role
• Previous supervisory experience
• Robust knowledge of the Dealership area and surrounding regions
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Professional demeanour, representative of the Mercedes-Benz and Hedin brands
• Must possess the legal right to work in the UK
• Clean driving license
• min 25+ age for vehicle insurance purposes

Role Overview
