Sales Executive Cobham
up to 10000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and convert them into loyal customers promoting the service. Crossselling and upselling opportunities will also be part of your role
- Sales Presentations and Pricing: Price up and deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients showcasing the value and benefits of the company s products/services
- Small Account Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with small accounts ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms pricing and contracts to close deals that are mutually beneficial
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities to guide sales strategies in the context of inbound leads and small accounts
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities opportunities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Targets Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within the scope of inbound leads and small accounts contributing to the companys growth
- Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience
Experience and Skills Requirements
- 2 years experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset
- Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
