Job description

Are you a EL/PL Claims Handler/Paralegal looking for a move within Bradford city centre? Sacco Mann is recruiting for a renowned and ambitious Commercial Services firm based in Leeds city centre. The firm are looking to speak with Claims Handlers with 1 -3 years' experience, who have excellent communication and enthusiasm. This is a hands-on fee earning role and you will be expected to hit the ground running.

The firm are looking for strong EL/PL claims experience, however, will also consider RTA claims experience. You will be working on pre-litigated work, and your duties will include:

• Conducting defence of EL/PL claims for Personal Injury.
• Use of the MOJ portal.
• Pursuing client's losses.
• Developing excellent relationships with existing and new clients.
