Learning Support Assistant (Year 1)
Permanent contract
Part time / Monday – Friday 8:30am – 13:15pm / Term-time only (plus 5 INSET days)
Salary Kite Band 1 £20,000 - £24,331 FTE (£11,249- £13,685 Actual Pro-rata Salary)
The team at Holly Lodge Primary Academy are looking for a fabulous LSA to join them, to support children in year 1 with all aspects of their learning and social and emotional development. At Holly Lodge, we encourage all children to challenge themselves and support them to become resilient learners, that never give up.
We are looking to appoint an LSA who:
• Is highly motivated to support all children with their learning, enabling them to make progress and fulfil their potential.
• Has experience of learning support, possibly having worked with children who have special needs
• A team player with a can-do attitude, emotional resilience and a good sense of humour.
• Thrive on kindness and energy.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be patient, supportive, enthusiastic & motivated
• Be a Team player with excellent organisational skills
• Love working with children & are passionate about inclusion
• Be dedicated to safeguarding all children in our care
