Job description

Sales Administrator - Out of Hours
Location: Ormskirk
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
Shifts: Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm (Hybrid after training)

My client based in Ormskirk is seeking an experienced individual to join their existing team due to continued expansion. You will be expected to support the growth of its brands globally by providing excellent customer service and administration support.

Your duties will include:

- Deal with customer enquiries via telephone, email and social media and website live chat
- Processing of website and marketplace orders
- Producing quotations and proforma invoices
- Inputting data into CMS
- Mantaining website and marketplace content accuracy
- General ad hoc administration duties

You must have full access to a vehicle due to the location.
