Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager who will be responsible for working with all stakeholders across the business and will oversee the smooth running of projects. We are looking for an individual who is able to work well under pressure without sacrificing quality. As a Project Manager, you will be involved in the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business need, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills.
The Job
- Ensuring that projects are developed within time, quality and budget targets
- Working closely with stakeholder
- Managing project objectives timeframes, resources, equipment, and statistics.
- Creating and adhering to a budget that incorporates cost-saving measures.
- Motivates others and generates enthusiasm for a project by focusing on its major goals.
- Communicating with various departments in the organization to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- Keeping the senior management team updated on the project's development
- Managing key relationships with internal and external clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Project Manager, or 2 years’ experience as a project coordinator looking for a step-up in their career.
- Project management certifications are desirable, such as: PRINCE2 or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or similar.
- Excellent ICT skills (Microsoft office Inc.)
- Experience in planning and schedule management.
- Excellent written comprehension with the ability to negotiate.
