Senior Reward Analyst
Locations: Salford Quays M50 3SP, Kirkstall Forge, Leeds LS5 3BF
Permanent, Full-time position: 37. 5hours
Salary range: Up to £55,000
Hybrid / flexible working regular days in the office each month

The role

Working closely with various stakeholders within the Insurance and Functions Business Units, the role will provide advanced reward analysis, insight, solutions and support to complex problems. In addition, the role will be a key contributor to and/or leader of key deliverables of cyclical, and business facing reward activities and solutions across the Market Unit.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the management, completion and/or delegation of key ad-hoc and/or cyclical reward activities e.g., analysis and modelling, monthly audit checks, bonus calculations etc.
• Lead on / be a significant contributor to the delivery of large key cyclical reward activities e.g., annual salary and bonus review, salary survey submission, pay range creation, gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting etc.
• Provide advanced ad-hoc and project driven analysis, insight, and support to Reward Partners on a wide range of complex reward related activities to support Business Unit success
• Be a key contributor the development, maintenance, and application of key reward frameworks e.g., job evaluation, pay governance etc. and lead on any updates/enhancements as required

What you'll bring:

• Numerical and analytical with strong attention to detail
• Ability to present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner
• Previous demonstratable technical experience and expertise as a reward analyst or specialist
• Extensive experience with the use of advanced data analysis software (e.g., Excel) to create data models including the use of Excel skills such as pivot tables, and advanced formulas
• Experience of multi-cycle gender pay calculation and reporting
• Experience of multi-cycle salary survey submission, and job matching (ideally with experience with Willis Towers Watson)
• Experience working with various stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, with the ability to influence and persuade when/where required
• Experience of pay ranges, both the creation and application
• Experience of Willis Towers Watson or Korn Ferry Hay job levelling/evaluation methodology
• Experience working with Workday or similar HR software
• Experience working in a matrix organisation
