Job description

A Crime and Regulatory Solicitor is required by this market leading insurance firm.

Role Overview

In joining this firm as a Crime and Regulatory Solicitor, you will assist a Chambers recognised partner dealing with criminal regulatory cases and inquest work.

Based in the West Midlands, you will work with corporate sector clients dealing predominantly with health and safety, environment, motor, food, fire and product safety matters.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Crime and Regulatory Solicitor who can demonstrate:

Regulatory or inquest experience as a Solicitor with higher rights or as a Barrister;
Ability to prioritise workload and pay attention to detail;
Personal skills to deal with sensitive issues;
Ability to review evidence and consider implications for the client;
