Job description
As a IT Technical Salesperson, your day-to-day responsibilities would be to generate sales leads through cold calling to all hospitality and retail sectors and to build working relationship with potential clients and arrange appointments and attend appointments with our Sales Director and Sales Manager. Alongside gaining technical knowledge of the software products we offer and demonstrate our products to potential clients and learn the sales process from start to finish.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
· Answering incoming telephone calls
· Sales Lead Generation
· Selling Software, Hardware and Cloud based products.
· Attending Sales Meeting with our Sales Director & Sales Manager
· Conducting product demonstrations
· CRM & Sales Admin Tasks
· Blog writing on the website
· Publishing and managing all Social Media Posts
