Remuneration: Circa £120,000+

Description: 

Full/Part-time Performer Dentist required for 3-5 days per week (flexible) in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Shrewsbury, Shropshire
•    8000 – 10,000 UDAs available
•    £12.50 - £14 per UDA depending on skillset and experience
•    50% split on private
•    Existing, well maintained patient list to take over
•    Large, fully computerised surgeries
•    Digital X-ray, rotary endodontics, OPG/CBCT scanner
•    Surgical unit NSK Surgic Pro2 and Clinipads
•    Potential for a lot of private work in an affluent area
•    Implant mentorship if applicant interested
•    Happy to support anyone with genuine interest in aesthetic dentistry
•    FD Training Practice
•    Qualified dental nurse and hygienist
•    Practice very close to town and train station
•    On-site parking. 25 minutes from Telford
•    Available now, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
