Veritas Education are recruiting student / trainee teachers across the Lancaster/Morecambe area to provide ad hoc cover for the local primary schools.
Are you a trainee teacher looking to gain experience within a school setting whilst at university or in between placements?
Veritas Education is a leading education recruitment company, specialising in permanent, long term, short term, and ad hoc supply needs for both primary and secondary schools.
We are able to offer you support roles to suit your availability and in turn, we introduce new and future teachers into the schools before qualifying.
These support positions include:
- Teaching Assistants
- Cover Supervisors
- Breakfast club / After School Clubs Assistants
- Lunchtime Supervisors
- EYFS / Nursery Assistants
- Residential Support
These roles are often ad-hoc and with the demand high in the area, we can accommodate suitable roles on the days you are free, tailored to your university timetable.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Working towards qualified teacher status (QTS) or pending completion of PGCE.
- Passion for primary education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and engage young learners.
