‘You will have specific responsibility for Quality Assurance and Lead Manager for the first 6 months based in Weybridge, Surrey

• Dual Role, 50% Office and 50% Setting Based
• Remote working from home option for office hours considered

Salary Guide : £30,000 per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Schedule: 42.5 hours // Monday – Friday // 9.30am-6.30pm

Childcare Manager must:

• The successful applicant will hold NVQ Level 3 or higher (or equivalent) in childcare
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Managerial Experience – Proven track history of maintaining high quality provision
• Ensuring childcare outcomes and curriculum impact, meet and exceed Ofsted, EYFS and Play requirements to maintain our outstanding position in delivering quality childcare services.
• Previous experience of working across multi-site childcare environments and possesses strong business acumen.
• Experience caring for children aged 3-11 years and are registered on all three registrations delivering the EYFS through Play.
• Develop propositions that are central to our future offering, drive our future growth and increase our brand position and reputation in the childcare sector.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for providing first-class standards in EY care, teaching and learning. Ofsted and EYFS competent.
• Strong inter-personal and leadership skills, previous experience of managing teams in settings and across all aspects of the business to deliver targets.
• Proactive and strategic thinker with a positive attitude that brings creative and innovative ideas and understands how to execute them.
• Excellent project management skills, to ensure tasks are completed within budget and timescale.
