Monday- Friday, Days and Back shift rotating weekly

Job Description:

As a Hygiene Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing hygiene protocols and procedures. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Supervising and leading a small team of hygiene technicians to ensure compliance with sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Developing and implementing schedules, policies, and procedures in alignment with industry regulations.
• Conducting regular inspections to assess hygiene levels, identifying areas for improvement, and taking corrective actions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure hygiene standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Training staff on proper practices and conducting regular training sessions to promote awareness. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices, including HACCP and food hygiene certificates level 2 minimum.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
