Job description
The role of the Patient Booking Assistant is key to ensuring our patients are supported and assisted from the contact they have within WHTH, to ensure an overall positive patient experience. The postholder is required to provide a responsive call handling service, process referrals, book appointments, and provide patients with any information they need regarding our services at the Trust.
