Property Advisor - Permanent
Glasgow - On Site/Hybrid
£25,000-£35,000
Do you have experience in buying and selling properties? Have you worked within lettings and can handle your own caseload? We are searching for an advisor who can integrate into our current team of solicitors and mortgage advisors based in the West-End of Glasgow.
The Vacancy
Selling our business advantages to prospective buyers and sellers.
Conduct viewings and collate feedback.
Work in harmony with our customers and their search for a new property.
Identify cross selling opportunities and highlight features to encourage interest.
Represent the business and values we adopt.
Assisting the property team with administrative tasking associated with the role.
What Are We Looking For?
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
Well-presented and professional demeanour.
Track record of managing a portfolio of properties and individually working a caseload OR successful background in business development and sales.
Full and clean UK Driving License
Previous estate agency experience is not essential but is advantageous.
