Affiliate Manager

As we continue to expand our horizons, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Manager to lead our efforts in building strategic alliances with influencers, orchestrating impactful webinars, and curating engaging online and offline events.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our affiliate marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing our affiliate partnerships, optimizing performance, and fostering strong relationships with our affiliate network. 

Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Program Management: Oversee all aspects of our affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management with affiliate partners.

1. Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Develop and implement strategies to maximize affiliate revenue and ROI.

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

1. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, affiliate networks, and other key stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate inquiries and support.

1. Compliance and Fraud Prevention: Monitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with program terms and conditions. Implement measures to prevent fraud and ensure the integrity of the affiliate program.

1. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on affiliate performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making. Track KPIs and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of affiliate marketing initiatives.

1. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing. Leverage insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our affiliate program.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a focus on affiliate program management and optimization.

Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).

Proven track record of success in driving affiliate revenue growth and achieving performance targets.

Deep understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.

Experience working with affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the finance or prop trading sector.

Familiarity with affiliate marketing regulations and compliance standards.

Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms such as [specific platforms].
