A talented PMO Analyst is required by a dynamic and innovative organisation based in High Wycombe, working a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. My client, a leading organisation in their industry, are committed to delivering exceptional projects that drive their business forward. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO professional to contribute to their success and work alongside a dedicated team.

The PMO Analyst will provide support to the PMO function and Director of PMO with the day-to-day delivery of a range of activities including but not limited to:

• Supporting the growth of the Programme Management Office including, developing on key PMO processes and techniques to monitor various aspects, such as, project deliverables, project roadmap and dependency mapping, tracking status of PMO run and company-wide projects.
• Supporting the adoption and embedding of the project delivery framework, project gates and deliverables.
• Co-ordination of the regular project, programme, and company-wide business performance and KPI level reporting cycles.
• Co-ordination of all Project Governance and Framework arrangement and the development and tracking of all company-wide Resource Management, Business Case and Project Prioritisation process.
• Producing best in class reporting, for internal customers, and externally to partners, and producing ways to better represent KPIs and company performance, using methods to simplify the delivery of messages on PowerPoint slides and other media. 
• Assisting the Director of PMO with defining and updating the project management processes, running the Project Management Practice and agenda, setting standards and governance, assisting Project Managers on large strategic projects, contributing to quality reviews, and co-ordinating activities in support of value objectives and delivering on PMO KPIs.

As PMO Analyst you will be degree educated, ideally hold Prince2, MSP or P30 qualifications, have over 8+ years experience of working in established PMO environments with the appropriate frameworks and practices. You will have experience of using PM and Reporting Tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI Practitioner) and be highly proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables and Graph Production).
