General Manager

Duration:Permanent

Salary:£60,000 to £70,000

General Manager, GM required by a beautiful and unique high-end unique luxury boutique hotel in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

As the driving force behind luxury and elegance, you as the Hotel Manager will lead a team of around 50 skilled individuals in crafting the ultimate experience of extravagance across 50 meticulously designed guest rooms alongside an exquisite restaurant and bar.

Desirable

We are in pursuit of a hands-on and personable Hotel General Manager with a proven track record as a GM in managing similar luxury boutique Hotels with the following,

Demonstrable experience as a GM managing a Luxury Boutique Hotel or similar

A history of setting and maintaining the highest guest service standards.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and staff guidance skills.

Experience in managing multiple departments, including Revenue, HR, Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), and IT.

Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
