Recruitment Account Manager
£25,000 - £30,000 OTE £65,000 Uncapped

Join our National Accounts team based in Northwich Head Office.
You will be delivering exceptional service through the timely supply Employees for one of our key national account clients within the call centre sector.
• Developing strong relationships with key client stakeholders
• Managing the Flexible Employee call centre office workforce
• Dealing with complaints, Flexible Employee performance and HR issues
• Resourcing and facilitating the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of candidates
• Ensuring levels employees are available to meet client needs
• Conducting interviews and inductions
• Attending client review meetings and regularly travelling between sites
• Delivery of key performance targets and Service Level agreements
• Service management: compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and databases
