Job description
The must haves for this role: 1. The applicant should have range of communication skills including verbal and writing. 2. The individual should be a team player and be able to work within the multi-disciplinary team and also liaise among multi-agencies to meet our patient care needs. 3. The individual should be computer literate and be able to utilise the Trust IT system to maintain patient records. 4. Applicant should be a car driver and use of car within work hours is essential.
