Job description
Focused Recruiting are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to work for our client who are a highly respected, long established manufacturer in the Blackwood area.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday on a 2 shift rotational basis days & afternoons.
- Days - 05:45am - 13:45pm Monday - Thursday. 05:45am - 11:00am on Fridays.
- Afternoons - 14:00pm - 00:00am Monday - Thursday with Fridays off.
Responsibilities of the role:
- General loading / unloading duties within the warehouse / despatch areas.
- Manual handling - lifting product to and from a production line.
- General goods in/goods out & stores duties.
- Completing all relevant paperwork ensuring full audit trail.
- Packing of finished product and ensuring correct batch codes/labels are issued.
- Input inventory and parts data into the internal booking system via PC.
- Ensure warehouse/stores areas are maintained to a clean & tidy standard.
Desired skills / attributes:
- Previous experience within a similar despatch / warehouse role.
- Counterbalance FLT Licence (Preferable however not essential).
- Able to work within a fast paced working environment.
