Job description

Responsibilities
• Manage staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
• Basic bookkeeping from invoice entry and raising purchase orders
• Action client requests
• Interact with the technical engineers and assist where possible
• Keep business online profiles up to date such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• Placing orders with suppliers and making sure orders are delivered to clients

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Have experience of working in a customer facing role, providing excellent customer service by being friendly, polite and confident in dealing with clients
• Use initiative and notice when things need doing
• Able to build rapport quickly with both customers and colleagues
• Be comfortable with social media platforms

• Serving as the main point of contact
• Scheduling meetings and travel
• Answering calls and correspondences
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Acting as a liaison between other professionals in the office
• Creating a general workflow
An Administrative Assistant may also be responsible for tasks specific to office management, such as:
• Maintaining office supplies
• Enforcing office protocols and policies
• Answering calls and other receptionist duties
