Job description

Are you currently a Senior Support Worker, Shift Leader or Supervisor in adults care? Are you looking to work in the charity sector? My client is for you!

I am looking to recruit for a Team Leader job working in a specialist residential rehabilitation home for adults with brain injury, neurological conditions and physical needs.

The Team Leader job will oversee the day to day shift management in the home, supervising and leading staff, risk assessments and rota's, ensuring CQC standards are met and high quality is delivered.

The benefits on offer for the Team Leader job are :

• Pay rate of £11.92 per hour for Monday to Friday shifts
• Enhanced pay rate of £12.92 per hour for Weekends and Bank Holidays
• Short shift pattern (early 7am - 2pm + late 2pm - 10pm with no sleep ins)
• Fully funded qualifications and extensive training on offer

The successful candidate must have

• NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
• Management or Supervisory experience in a CQC Care Setting (Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, Shift Leader, Supervisor)
• Strong communication skills, positive mentality, proactive leadership style
• Experience working with adults with challenging behaviours, physical or learning disabilities or brain injury
