In a Nutshell…
We have a new opportunity for a Social Value Coorindtaor to join our team within Vistry Devon South West, at our office in Exeter.
As our Social Value Coordinator you will fulfil social value responsibilities and targets for Vistry Homes, as well as implement and manage the Vistry Homes Skills Academies.
You will work to develop, implement, co-ordinate and report on all learning and development, recruitment, and event activities associated with the delivery of any project-based Employment & Skills Section 106 KPI’s and planning initiatives.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
We are pleased to say, this role can accommodate agile working arrangements.

Monitor and report on the delivery of activities and achievements in line with the Employment and Skills Agenda
Evaluate all Employment Skills Plans
Support the pre-construction team with tender submissions relating to social value.
You will work to motivate and create job openings with the on-site supply chain for academy graduates, whilst working with the project team to ensure delivery of any social value commitments.
A key element of the job will be to promote the Construction Industry as a career route to local communities, Schools and Further Education providers, via events such as school assemblies, apprentice fairs, coffee mornings, and supply chain engagement events.
