Job description
We are currently seeking a part time Accounts Assistant to join a small team of 4 on a temporary basis until the end of April.
Rate
£15 - £18/hr
Responsibilities:
- Handle bookkeeping duties for our small business in Australia.
- Assist with the backlog of expenses by verifying receipts, following up with Managers, and obtaining finance sign-off.
- Perform general financial administration tasks.
- Undertake other duties as required based on departmental needs and the individual's skills and experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable is essential.
- Familiarity with Sage is preferred.
- Knowledge of Epicor would be advantageous but not essential.
- Must be willing and able to assist wherever necessary.
Working arrangements:
- The position is part-time, requiring 22.5 hours per week.
- The role will be office-based and can be spread across five days if necessary.
- Working hours are flexible between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
- Free parking is available.
