Job description
Role: Therapy Assistant
Department: neurosciences
Band: 3 or 4
Time: 37.5 hours per week
Duties – Based in Fleet, must be a car driver to visit patients in their own homes throughout the day. Undertake delegated rehab, treatment and assessments for patients eg home exercise programmes, practicing the use of equipment, supporting falls groups, delegated assessments eg falls assessments. Qualification – n/a Skills/Training/Experience Required – Experience working in community setting; elderly care; rehab; moving and handling.
