Job description
To deliver a high quality clinical pharmacy service to a variety of specialities across the organisation. To supervise and develop other members of the pharmacy team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services . To provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and members of the multidisciplinary team. To work closely with the Lead Pharmacists to develop, deliver and evaluate the clinical pharmacy services across the organisation.
