Job description
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your customers
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
- Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
- Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
