Job description
Our Client an established freight forwarder specialising in niche market the Fine Art Industry based in Hounslow are looking to recruit a high energy results driver team oriented Customer Specialist who would be the key point of contact for customers and monitoring their shipments.
Role duties to include:-
Manage incoming customers requests, including quotes & use of pricing contracts
Follow the customers shipments and proactively update them on latest evolutions
Develop customers relationships
Communicate with the different logistics teams
Suggest improvements in operational processes within the Operations team
Skills and Attributes required
Experience in Customer Service/Care and/or in a start-up environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, curious, self-motivated and hands-on
Excellent learner and have the desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies
Strong academic background
Great analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers
Detail-oriented, you have strong organizational skills and are disciplined in daily activity planning
Multi-tasking and can synthesize multiple perspectives to get the most important thing done
Enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment
Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary 26K - 30K subject to experience
