Job description
A great opportunity to join this leading Pension's firm as a Lead Pensions Administrator. The role will offer hybrid working, with 1 day in the office and 4 days at home. Working closely, providing good support to your Team Leader, you will have excellent DB and DC pension administration experience with good technical knowledge.
Your new role will see you take ownership of delegated tasks within the team, including checking of casework and weekly reports. You will prioritise and manage your own and others' workloads to ensure work is completed within agreed service levels.
Other responsibilities will include checking the work of other team members for accuracy and explaining any changes required in order to improve the working knowledge of colleagues. You will also work with the administration managers to help plan the work of the team in the absence of the Team Leader.
