Description
- Lead the accounting team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and examine accounting records and financial statements for accuracy.
- Limited company accounts & Corporation Tax preparation
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and improve accounting processes and systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
- Actively participate in team meetings and share best practices.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
Profile
A successful Accounts Semi Senior should have:
- An educational background in Accounting or Finance. Qualified or working towards qualification
- Appetite to be trained and involved with Audit duties.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and other related tools such as Xero, Quickbooks & Sage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to work and eagerness to learn.
