Job description

As an Apprentice TrainingAdministrator , you will be responsible for ensuring and supporting the provision of excellent service to our nuclear customers and employees alike in relation to best practice classroom based training, eLearning and related services through administrative support.

Key Tasks and responsibilities
Administration
• Management of customer mailboxes, including triage and filing of emails received
• Ensuring the provision of advice, guidance, and support on available training courses.
• Issuing Joining Instructions and pre-course reading for public and corporate courses.
• Response to general enquiries and quick wins received in the customer mailbox.
• Management of certificate uploads.
• Management of course completion records.
• Telephone support for external enquiries.

Schedule Management
• Ensuring that both customer and trainer specific needs are always considered and catered for.

Stakeholder / Customer Support
• Receiving and answering verbal and written queries received from customer and internal staff in a timely manner.

Other
• Other duties to include holiday and absence cover for colleagues in the Managed Training Team and as directed by the Operations Manager
