Job description

Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist looking for an exciting opportunity? Spindle, a leading provider of educational services, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Lapeer, Michigan, for the remaining school year.

This is a full-time position working with Early Childhood Preschoolers aged 3-5 years old and Kindergarten-Fifth grade Moderate Cognitively Impaired students, offering competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure/certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
