Job description
Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for the next step in your career at an extremely well-established Leamington Spa based law firm.
Due to expansion my client is searching for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take on a varied caseload of conveyancing work to include - freehold, leasehold re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.

You would be working in a team of conveyancers comprising of two associate solicitors, a trainee solicitor, a conveyancing caseworker as well as two legal assistants. You will have knowledge and experience of CQS and ideal will have had experience in training more junior members of staff. You will have had at least 2 years’ experience in running your own caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
