Job description
We are looking for a Product Catalogue Data Administrator to join our IT team in Harrods. You will be responsible for the acquisition and creation of all new data into our Product Catalogue. About The Role As the Product Catalogue Data Administrator you will work actively with our Brands to ensure we are receiving and setting up the highest standard of data promoting efficiencies across our online platform and in store processes. You will ensure best in class data quality accuracy and service. You will also: Review and maintain service requests from functional teams to ensure SLAs are met and requests are responded to in a timely manner, taking ownership of your categories Be responsible for ensuring the correct documentation is maintained for all relevant processes. Engage with multiple teams, ranging from IT, to Operations, to Buying & Merchandising, to perform detailed project planning and execution monitoring, covering all required perspectives for successful project delivery Ensure reliability, procedural integrity, and efficiencies driving a continual service improvement culture across the IT department and landscape About You The Ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. We are looking for someone who has data experience (input/analysis) as this is vital for the role. Previous experience in fashion, retail, luxury brand experience is desirable but not essential. You will also be: Computer Literate (Excel beginners + Intermediate sums and formulas)/Word) Confident in asking questions and using your initiative Have data system experience. SAP is desirable Able to work on deadlines and can prioritise workload.
