Job description
Children's Home Practitioner Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Children's Home Practitioner in Greenwich.
The Children's Home Practitioner will ensure that the young people at the Children's Home are happy, healthy and safe from harm, feel loved and able to develop, thrive and fulfil their potential. Main Responsibilities As a Children's Home Practitioner you will be responsible for:
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the young people at the Children's Home
- Foster positive relationships and strong bonds between children and staff
- Encourage children to develop, thrive and fulfil their potential
- Work with established boundaries of acceptable behaviour
- Work evenings, weekends and sleep overs
Requirements: - Experience working with children in a residential setting
