Rural Surveyor - Aberdeenshire
Beach Baker are working with a multi-disciplined chartered surveying firm who provide a comprehensive range of professional rural property services throughout the North and North East Scotland.
They boast an extensive and diverse portfolio, spanning rural property sales, red book valuations, utilities and compensation claims, agricultural landlord and tenant matters and all aspects of rural surveying.
They are looking to recruit a rural chartered surveyor who will benefit from excellent career prospects. On offer is a varied and challenging role and an attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience, including relocation assistance if necessary.
You will ideally be a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with post-qualification experience in a professional surveying practice. The ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines, work proactively and communicate effectively at all levels is essential.
