About this job:

As the Manager, Congresses at Astellas, you will play a critical role in leading the strategic planning and execution of global in-person, virtual, or hybrid events within specific therapeutic areas and regions. You will collaborate closely with affiliate events teams, brand teams, and healthcare organizations to ensure the seamless execution of events in alignment with global brand strategy and objectives.

Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement of the congress channel by gathering insights and customer feedback, implementing new approaches, and enhancing the overall event experience and audience reach. Your responsibilities will extend to managing relationships with designated third-party resources for global events and ensuring compliance with Astellas policies and procedures throughout the event lifecycle.
