Responsibilities

• To take the lead in the implementation, evaluation of care and the setting of standards of care for patients in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years post basic qualification

Desirable Skills

• Demonstrate evidence of involvement in service improvement/project management initiatives.
