Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (Dependent on experience)

Hunter Mason’s client has extensive years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industry. Our client has now identified the need for a Key Accounts Manager to join their expanding team.
Position Overview
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry to promote their range of products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance our visibility.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in business development, with a focus on the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment, tools, and related products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience in developing and delivering effective sales presentations.
