We are now recruiting for an Account Executive to join our client services team.

Job Summary

As an Account Executive, you will be focused on delivering quality service to clients, have strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

Developing excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and media partners will be central to your role, ensuring that internal processes and procedures are implemented throughout.

The role involves-

• Planning, delivering and evaluating Outdoor advertising campaigns.
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and media partners.
• Using proprietary systems and data tools in the strategic planning of client campaigns.
• Managing time effectively and working to deadlines.
• Develop business through existing client relationships and new business opportunities.
• Adhering to internal processes and procedures.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Providing support to the wider teams within the business.
• Managing client budgets and campaign KPIs.

Essential Criteria

• Two or more years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team within a fast pace environment.
• Acute attention to detail and accuracy.
• Competent in using MS Office desktop software.

Desirable Criteria

• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland.
• Holder of a UK Driving Licence with access to vehicle
