Driving Consultant Responsibilities :

Business Development :

• Expand our Transport and Logistics Division by building industry contacts.
• Secure new business through phone and face-to-face techniques.
• Cultivate a robust business network, including leveraging platforms like LinkedIn.
• Identify growth opportunities within our existing client base.

Account Management :

• Foster strong client relationships for high retention rates.
• Deliver unparalleled customer service.
• Maintain regular contact, including face-to-face meetings.
• Provide consultation services—staffing solutions, market trend advice, troubleshooting, and future planning.

Recruitment :

• Actively source new drivers using diverse methods.
• Manage applications, ensuring compliance with legislative guidelines.
• Maximise work opportunities for applicants.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the Driving Sector
• A good working knowledge of the logistics industry.
• A drive to be instrumental in the success of the division. 
• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

• A driving licence and access to transport

You will be based in the Nottingham office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in our out of hours on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in the market as a leader in customer service.
