Our client is a leading, highly reputable legal firm looking to hire a Legal PA to join their team in London. This is the perfect opportunity for a dynamic and passionate PA who is looking for the next step in their career with a global law firm. In this role you provide a wide range of support to Fee Earners, developing strong relationships with them that will help you provide effective and customised support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Legal PA, you will provide varied support to the team, acting as a real team player and always looking to improve efficiency across the business

• Complex diary management
• Inbox management – responding to emails and phone calls on behalf of the Fee Earners
• Coordinate travel for Fee Earners
• Draft, produce and check documents
• Process expenses
• Uphold client and stakeholder relationships
• Ensure that the billing process is correctly completed
• Assist with business development and marketing projects

WHO YOU ARE

Our client is looking for someone who is a people person with excellent communication skills. They are looking for a proactive individual who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of work and detail.

• At least 3 years’ experience in a Legal Secretary / PA role
• Experience working within law or professional services is advantageous
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to prioritise tasks while working under pressure
• A hands on approach to work, always looking for ways to improve processes
• An enthusiastic team player who will try their hand to hand at anything
