ProTalent is excited to collaborate with a thriving accountancy firm in Wantage to fill the position of Audit & Accounts Manager. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 and promises a stimulating and rewarding experience.

The Audit & Accounts Manager Role: Reporting to the Head of Division Partner, you'll:
- Build solid client relationships, applying your technical skills.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio and contribute to revenue stream development.
- Handle ad hoc client queries.
- Ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead audit assignments, managing people and budgets.
- Maintain high delivery standards and support junior staff.
- Contribute to operational improvements and business development.
The Successful Candidate:
- ACCA/ACA Qualified with 3-4 years PQE in practice.
- 6+ years of UK practice experience.
- Previous experience at (Assistant) Audit & Accounts Manager level.
- Proven track record of producing quality audits.
- Strong client and team relationship skills.
- Aptitude for business development.
- Commercial mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Strong IT skills.
- Enjoy mentoring junior staff.
