Job description
Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a number of Production Workers to join the team at our Client site in Yeovil based on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. Working as part of an established team you will be responsible for the CNC turning of Aerospace equipment in accordance with manufacturing instructions and customer requirements.
As a CNC turner you will manufacture parts from start to finish by centre lathe turning and stamping the finished products to confirm the quality of the assembly. You will be required to interpret engineer drawings, following process layout and documentation procedures.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of machining, specifically CNC & Manual Turning, knowledge of hand measuring equipment such as Vernier, Micrometer, Thread and Plug Gauges and the ability to work in a customer focused environment.
