A fantastic agency client of ours are looking for a strategic and tactical Content Lead to join their growing team to deliver best-in-class content and develop and implement digital and content marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique goals.
This is a permanent position and is largely remote with weekly meetings based in Duxford, Cambridge.

Responsibilities
- Delivering best-in-class content to clients at both a strategic and tactical level in order to meet client objectives in a way that optimises the profit.
- Ensuring the effective leadership, management and motivation of your team to ensure their high performance and wellbeing.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry thinking on content creation strategies, tactics, channels and technology, and share this across the agency and with clients to deliver ever better standards of work and enhance the reputation of the agency.
- Develop and implement digital and content marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique goals.
- Oversee the execution of content and digital marketing projects, ensuring they are on target and within budget.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
- Work closely with in-house experts to deliver top-notch results.
- Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Your Experience - A confident, senior, client-facing, experienced, creative digital marketing specialist
- Experienced in developing multi-channel content strategy, in particular across web, social and email (PPC, but not essential) and integrated campaigns.
- Skilled in planning for each of those digital channels, running persona workshops, discovery sessions.
- Overseeing the execution of those plans and managing a team to deliver social media and design components.
- A proficient copywriter, able to produce compelling and engaging written and visual content.
- Analytical and numerical, used to monitoring the success of campaigns and adjusting the approach accordingly.
- Ideally a minimum 5-year digital marketing agency experience
Ts & Cs Due to the location of the office and remote working, this role is commutable from those situated in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Norwich, Ipswich, Peterborough, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill.
